Commission based Recruiter International US - night shift

• Utilize personal database and sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process including screening interviewing and presenting candidates.
• Collaborate with international clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.

• Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Strong personal database of candidates.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working with international accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
