Job Description

Overview:

As a Telecaller you will play a crucial role in the organizations success by directly interacting with potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects introduce them to our products or services and persuade them to make a purchase or set up an appointment. Your performance will directly impact the companys sales and customer satisfaction making your role integral to the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers following a prepared script
  • Engage in active listening to understand the customers needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly
  • Provide accurate information about the products or services offered
  • Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up an appointment
  • Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Update customer information in the database during and after each call
  • Work with the sales team to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role

  • Strong customer focus and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and CRM software
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle rejection
