ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Accounts Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 0.6months2 years of B2B sales experience and a strong desire to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying targeting and nurturing key accounts while maintaining excellent client relationships. If you are a selfstarter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales we encourage you to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Key Account Management:
Identify and prioritize key accounts based on their potential value.
Develop and maintain strong longlasting client relationships with key decisionmakers.
Understand key accounts business needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
2. Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and present innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
3. Client Engagement:
Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to understand their evolving needs.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Track leads opportunities and sales activities using CRM software.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
5. Market Research & Digital Marketing:
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
Identify potential market segments and new clients for expansion.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations prepare quotations and close deals.
Ensure all contractual agreements are accurate and compliant.
7. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and customer support.
Share client feedback and insights to enhance product/service offerings.
8. Sales Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities contracts and correspondence.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation on time
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing
B2B Sales is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
