Job Description

Our Head office is in Mumbai and our projects are spread across Goa Alibag the Nilgiris and various other locations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret engineering and finished drawings.
- Perform accurate measurements for various agencies and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire site monitor progress and handle debits.
- Liaise effectively with interior designers (ID) and other designers.
- Ensure adherence to National Building Code (NBC) norms and Indian standards for MEP works.
- Clearly explain item descriptions and project details to various agencies.
- Coordinate civil and plumbing works to ensure project integration.
- Oversee all preconstruction activities including local support and logistics management.
- Ensure compliance with local bylaws norms and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site management coordination and MEP works.
- Indepth understanding of NBC norms and Indian standards for MEP.
- Strong communication coordination and project management skills.
- Proficient in using relevant tools and software for project management.
- Valid driving license.
- Own vehicle for site visits and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities.
