Isprava specializes in the design construction and refurbishment of sophisticated luxury home for discerning individuals. We are passionate about luxury and take pride in creating stunning inspirational holiday homes.
A typical Isprava home is designed by leading international designers is fully furnished and is maintained by a property management team on the owner s behalf.
Our buyers are some of the most wellknown personalities in India. They include Bollywood Celebrities Sports Stars Industrialists etc.
The Godrej Family is one of our largest investors and Mr. Nadir Godrej is on our Board of Directors.
Our Head office is in Mumbai and our projects are spread across Goa Alibag the Nilgiris and various other locations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret engineering and finished drawings.
- Perform accurate measurements for various agencies and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire site monitor progress and handle debits.
- Liaise effectively with interior designers (ID) and other designers.
- Ensure adherence to National Building Code (NBC) norms and Indian standards for MEP works.
- Clearly explain item descriptions and project details to various agencies.
- Coordinate civil and plumbing works to ensure project integration.
- Oversee all preconstruction activities including local support and logistics management.
- Ensure compliance with local bylaws norms and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site management coordination and MEP works.
- Indepth understanding of NBC norms and Indian standards for MEP.
- Strong communication coordination and project management skills.
- Proficient in using relevant tools and software for project management.
- Valid driving license.
- Own vehicle for site visits and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities.
