Job Description

Overview:

The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in the company s talent acquisition process. Their primary responsibility is to effectively source interview and select qualified candidates while ensuring positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms and attract quality candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive interview experience for candidates
  • Conduct indepth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and ensure timely and efficient hiring
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the hiring process
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
  • Stay updated on HR policies employment legislation and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Report recruitment activities and results to management regularly
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall HR strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment practices and procedures.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
