Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in the company s talent acquisition process. Their primary responsibility is to effectively source interview and select qualified candidates while ensuring positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms and attract quality candidates
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive interview experience for candidates
- Conduct indepth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and ensure timely and efficient hiring
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
- Stay updated on HR policies employment legislation and industry best practices
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Report recruitment activities and results to management regularly
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall HR strategy
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment practices and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
