Responsibilities
- Responsible for both inbound/outbound queries and performing followups.
- Ability to communicate proactively with the internal team.
- Ability to train crossfunctional teams internally related to the product information & processes.
- Document and maintain reports proactively.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products services pricing and delivery timelines.
- Address customer complaints issues and escalations promptly ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Order Processing and Management: Assist the sales team in processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers as necessary.
- Sales Administration: Maintain and update sales records including customer databases sales reports and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare salesrelated documents such as sales contracts quotations and proposals.
- Sales Support and Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide sales representatives with necessary support and information to help them achieve their targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companys products and services to address customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate information.
- Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and growth.
