Hanna instruments is a manufacturer of Scientific instruments which are used in many industries like
Laboratory water treatment Education Research Food/Beverages Agriculture and may more. We
have more than 3000 products like PH meter Conductivity meter titrator turbidity meter process
instruments etc.
Our products are manufactured in our own faculty located in USA Romania and Mauritius.
Our global HO is located in Rhode Island USA.
Indian Head Office is located in Navi Mumbai.
We have great Sales/Service network all over India.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assign roles and responsibilities based on team members skills and strengths.
  • Set clear performance expectations and targets for the inside sales team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and provide updates.
  • Provide guidance coaching and mentoring to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Encourage teamwork and a positive work culture within the team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop inside sales strategy aligned with
  • overall goals.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify sales
  • opportunities.
  • Define target market segments customer profiles and key selling points for analytical
  • instruments.
  • Develop sales campaigns promotions or incentives to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Implement performance tracking system and set KPIs for individual and team performance.
  • Regularly review performance against set KPIs and provide feedback.
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Review and streamline sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement standardized sales processes and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Assess training needs and develop appropriate training programs.
  • Provide product knowledge and sales skills training.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Establish reporting system to track and analyze sales performance.
  • Ensure strong customer relationships and address customer issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and embrace continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Graduate (preferably from a science backgroundChemistry/Instrumentation/electronics)
  • Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
