Requirements
- Managing & supporting operations in the area of Retail with Finance & Accounts Supply Chain & operations.
- Coordinating inbound and outbound Supply chain & operations including transportation warehousing and inventory management.
- Analyses and resolve retail sales team queries and grievances and coordinate with the respective department for the redress of the issue within the stipulated TAT.
- Monitoring shipment schedules and resolving any issues or delays to ensure ontime delivery of inventory.
- Support Sales team with respect to day to day transaction and service related issues.
- Providing support for sales teams by responding quickly to inquiries regarding product availability and pricing information.
- Developing processes to ensure order fulfilment was timely and accurate.
- Conduct independent incident investigations; determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Handling various data reports with Retail MIS Supply Chain & Operations and Finance & Accounts.
- Managing PAN India Level as a Coordinator with their Deliveries Appointment Tracking Shipment Details.
- Critical Thinking Training & Development Problem Solving Strategic Planning and fluid productivity.
- Strong at follow up and coordination.
Skills & Qualification
- Analytical Skills and Sales Operations
- Excellent Communication skills
- Previous experience in a sales support role is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
Working Conditions
- Environment: Office setting
- Fulltime position Monday to Friday
