As an Account Support Specialist at Qatar Museums, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. We are seeking a resilient and confident individual with a passion for teamwork and creativity to join our team in Doha, QA. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing transactions. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or account support roles. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. 4.
