**Job Overview** The job incumbent is mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining HPInc account plans to promote sales growth. • *Duties & Responsibilities** - Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote the products sales growth. - Establishing relationship with all HPInc partners and re-sellers. - Recruiting and developing business relationship with new partners. - Fully engaging with HPInc partner Business Managers. - Building strong account mapping for weekly and monthly business. - Achieving assigned quota for HPInc products. - Following up for payment and maintain credit lines with all partners. - Arranging and preparing tenders related to HPInc products. • *Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree. - 2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level). - Arabic and English speaker. - Good communication (oral and written) in English. - Very good command of MS Office. - Excellent communications skills. - Ability to handle multi partners at the same time with high quota. - Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners. - Ability to recruit new partners. - Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment. - Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel. - Solid understanding of pipeline management. • *Reports to** Retail Product Manager • *Remuneration** • *Equal Employment Opportunity**
