Job Description

For a Geneva based commodity trading company specializing in the trade of petroleum products crude oil metals coal and other commodities currently expanding its activities.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate new investment projects in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Present detailed analysis on risks and returns
  • Analyse key macro and micro trends affecting corporates in the Oil and Gas sector
  • Apply critical thinking to review complex projects
  • Communicate investment ideas through presentations informal meetings reports internally and externally
  • Examine and assess economic and market trends earnings prospects financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies

Requirements

Requirements

  • BS degree in Finance Accounting Corporate Finance or related field
  • Min. 3 years experience in a similar position in the commodity industry
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to develop complex financial models
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with relevant software programs
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills
