Work arrangements:
Onsite based in Bukit Mertajam. Candidate is expected to travel within the whole northern region eg from Perak to Kedah. 70% of the time will be travelling. Target customer are from horeca industries kitchen hotel hospital canteen etc.
Basic Salary: RM5000 RM6000
Est Salary (Basic Commission): RM10k

Job Description:
- Independently execute sales activities to achieve targets and objectives.
- Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as direct contact wordofmouth social media platforms and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.
- Actively participate in networking activities to research and establish connections with potential clients industry influencers and key stakeholders.
- Organize and oversee showroom events to cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and culinary professionals.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Proactively maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Recommend and propose upgrades or additional products and services based on client needs and preferences.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements.
- Analyze and incorporate client feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports forecasts and presentations to senior management highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate market shifts and ensure the relevance of our product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer service to align sales strategies and enhance overall business performance.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years sales experience in Food Service or HoReCa Industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales with demonstrated experience in acquiring new clients and managing client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to add value for clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Mandarin speaker.
