  You will be responsible for system planning tasks across all companies within the Infculion Group. This is a highly rewarding position as it involves safeguarding customer assets and supporting services that prioritize safety and security. Working in collaboration with each group company you will be tasked with maintaining business growth and promoting risk mitigation.

  With the remarkable growth of the domestic cashless market our company has also been growing as a leading player in the market. To further promote growth you will be responsible for a wide range of ITrelated tasks considering and executing the role of IT from shortterm mediumterm and both groupwide and individual company perspectives. This includes evaluating and monitoring IT investments addressing challenges in development processes actively embracing advanced IT technologies and implementing measures against risks such as cybersecurity.

  Specific responsibilities include:

  • Planning and operating the evaluation and monitoring of IT investments
  • Identifying and proposing solutions for development process challenges and monitoring their application across various group companies
  • Identifying ITrelated risks and devising and executing corresponding solutions
  • Planning and executing IT talent development programs
  • Establishing and executing the organizational structure of IT
  • Formulating and executing plans for adopting new technologies
  • Managing subordinates and directing various initiatives

  This position is suitable for individuals who can thoroughly consider the future growth from a broad IT perspective want to establish expertise in IT strategy formulation and governance can collaborate with internal teams involved in our business and engineering talent development and have a curiosity about the business and technological trends in the cashless industry and overall technology landscape.

  Position Highlights:

  • Gain insights and experiences in various aspects of IT including system investment management standardization of system development and operation and improvement of engineering skills

  Practical experience in IT planning and development at one or more of the following types of companies:

  • Consulting firms
  • System integration companies (SIer)
  • Financial institutions
  • Basic knowledge and experience in system development ranging from requirement definition to operation including applications and infrastructure
  • Experience in managing IT projects

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience

• Salary adjustments: Twice a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year
• Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

• Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
• The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
• Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
• The flextime system does not have a core time.
• Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
