Job Description:
As a Senior Facilities Inspector you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our clients properties. You will work closely with our team of inspectors and technicians to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with safety and quality standards. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections identifying any issues or areas for improvement and coordinating with our maintenance team to address them in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of all properties under our management including commercial and residential buildings to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues and work with our maintenance team to develop and implement solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services
Train and mentor junior inspectors to ensure consistency and quality in their work
Stay uptodate with industry regulations and best practices and implement them in our inspection processes
Collaborate with other departments such as operations and finance to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Prepare reports and documentation of inspection findings and recommendations for clients and internal use
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in facilities management engineering or a related field
Minimum of 67 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards as well as building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Proven experience in conducting inspections and identifying maintenance or repair issues
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in using computer software and applications including Microsoft Office and facilities management software
Fluency in English and French is required Arabic is a plus
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
