Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of MEP (mechanical electrical and plumbing) systems in our facilities including maintenance repairs and upgrades.

Conduct regular inspections of all MEP systems and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all MEP systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance of MEP systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with MEP systems including responding to emergency situations.

Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on MEP systems.

Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices in MEP systems to make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.

Train and mentor junior staff members on proper maintenance and operation of MEP systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 810 years of experience in facilities management with a focus on MEP systems.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical.

Experience with building automation systems and energy management.

Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in French and English is required.
