Job Description
We are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) for a well-known cult brand. Our customer sells a well-known soft drink worldwide. From young to old, everyone grows up with this brand.
Which tasks do you take on?
- You reply to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
- When a question is asked about the ingredients (for example, allergy sufferers) you know the answer
- You accept praise and criticism and p it on to the respective departments
What should you bring?
- Fun at customer service
- You speak Danish fluently and bring good English ss
- You can work shifts
- You're reliable and like working in a team
