Job responsibilities:
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation content curation pay per click campaigns event management publicity social media lead generation campaigns copywriting performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
Oversee and approve marketing material from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Strategic
To engage with all the brokers/Agencies for effective brand transition.
Design and plan the activities for efficient engagement with the targeted deals.
Consistently identify and execute new trends in designated markets.
Consistently build on the internal partners and selfsourcing to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Business intelligence
Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements construction activity key initiatives.
Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends developments market dynamics and potential business opportunities. liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
Support peer teams for effective deal closure ensuring required documents (legal billing loans etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts
Coordinate with various departments Required Specifications:
Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
Strong project management skills
Strong problemsolving ability including metricsdriven thinking
Ability to travel as necessary
Good written and oral communication skills
