What you will be doing?
Assist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
Deal effectively with any guest comments and or / complaints taking full ownership of the situation
To assist the Front Desk, ensuring room changes and Accor Live Limitless member arrivals are carried out smoothly
Adhere & hold Agents accountable to adhere to Leading Quality Assurance Standards and Service Essentials for Guest Relations Agent to ensure Guest Satisfaction Results
Provide a warm welcome to the guests, and oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
Keeps an updated record of the guests’ information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.
Provides managerial support for Front Desk, Fairmont Gold and Guest Services in the daily operational duties for these areas
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
Knowledge in Opera system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
