About the Role:

Aspira is seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Lead to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the B2B sales team through wellestablished B2B/ SME sales growth strategies and drive the performance of the team to collectively achieve set targets. He/ She shall manage key relationships on behalf of the business and have a high level of engagement with external partners. He / She shall set and communicate the business unit KPIs under the guidance of the Head of Sales & Marketing that are aligned to the organization s objectives.

Aspira is a consumer finance business currently focused on hire purchase/ product financing in Kenya financing retail clients who then use the product financing to acquire consumer durables. They recently launched a B2B business focused on providing SMEs with assetbacked financing solutions( Apira Bizna) . This new Aspira facility will provide fundamental access to capital for SMEs to purchase the equipment they need including tools machinery desks and computers to drive productivity and further expand.

Requirements

About You:

MustHaves:

  • At least 5 years experience in financial services with a focus on SME lending and understanding of financial/banking products

  • Relationship Management experience in a teambased sales environment

  • Accountability of a B2B / SME focused sales team

  • Demonstrated leadership at the business level encompassing responsibilities in sales P&L accountability and a proficiency in strong analytical skills for comprehending company financial statements

  • A proven record of working with a wide range of financial services products services and processes

  • An indepth knowledge of the current market and emerging trends that may highlight areas for improvement risks or opportunities for our customers

  • A degree in management business administration or any relevant fields

  • Good understanding of regulatory guidelines credit risk operational risk processes and operations necessary to support sales operating model channels and product.

About You: You have a Bachelor s Degree in a business-related field. If you hold a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, paired with a track record of tangible achievements in the B2B sales realm, we also encourage you to apply You have a proven track record of achievements in B2B sales with a minimum of two years of experience. Experience in the financial/banking industry will be an added advantage You are a team player, infusing positivity, responsibility, and accountability in every endeavour.
