Key Responsibilities:
Strategy
You will be responsible for crafting and outlining the comprehensive B2B business development and sales strategy. You will be responsible for allocating financial resources to ensure the budget supports the strategic objectives taking into account market dynamics and sales forecasts
Your primary focus will be on achieving not just sales growth but profitable growth in sales and loan disbursements. You will also work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to identify costeffective methods for scaling operations and optimizing profitability.
You will ensure that sales team incentives are ambitious achievable and aligned with sales goals. Regularly assessing and finetuning the incentive structure will be part of your responsibilities to maintain motivation and productivity.
Business Development
Youll be responsible for managing the B2B portfolio in the financial sector ensuring the portfolios performance making strategic decisions to optimize returns while minimizing risk exposure.
Youll be tasked with optimizing the productivity of the B2B sales team. This involves implementing efficient processes providing the necessary resources and tools and offering continuous training and development opportunities
Team management
You will be responsible for developing a highperforming B2B sales team. Providing guidance coaching and constructive feedback will be essential to nurture the teams professional growth and maximize their impact on the organization.
You will establish transparent and frequent communication channels to keep the B2B team informed about their progress towards KPIs.

About You:
MustHaves:
At least 5 years experience in financial services with a focus on SME lending and understanding of financial/banking products
Relationship Management experience in a teambased sales environment
Accountability of a B2B / SME focused sales team
Demonstrated leadership at the business level encompassing responsibilities in sales P&L accountability and a proficiency in strong analytical skills for comprehending company financial statements
A proven record of working with a wide range of financial services products services and processes
An indepth knowledge of the current market and emerging trends that may highlight areas for improvement risks or opportunities for our customers
A degree in management business administration or any relevant fields
Good understanding of regulatory guidelines credit risk operational risk processes and operations necessary to support sales operating model channels and product.
