Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing the customer with information about the companys products or services
- Helping sales teams identify and qualify potential sales leads
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities
- Gathering and documenting customer information payment methods purchases and reactions to products
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Telesales Agent/Representative
- Excellent communication skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- English language skills
