Job Description
Position Dialer Engineer
Location Bhayandar west 5 Days working
Age 20 and above
Exp 2 to 4 yrs
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Supervise Design Installation and Operation of Dialer system.
2. DaytoDay CIM management (Agent Campaign Report Recording & Problem Management)
3. Dialer Performance Optimization
4. Work closely with the Operations/WFM to understand strategy for programs.
5. Ensure all Dialer related issues/requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel.
6. Perform daily checklist and review of logs generated by CIM systems.
7. Adhere to QMS and ISMS Policies and Procedures.
Qualification BE would be preferable
Experience Should have at least 2 years experience on any dialer. Preferred dialers: Aspect Vici
dial Cosmocom etc.
Technical skills 1) Linux
2) SQL
3) PHP
4) MSoffice
5) WINDOWS XP 710
Management skills 1. Good Team Player
2. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives
3. Excellent time management
4. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
5. Very Good English Communication Skills and good Email Etiquettes
