Technical Lead Azure Cloud Migration

Primary Skillset

Good Understanding of Design Patterns SOA Microservice Ntier and Message Broker

Experience in designing and implementation of technical solutions for Microsoftcentric solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS PaaS capabilities.

Handson experience on Azure Cloud migration

Strong Knowledge and experience in MS Azure Platform Development Azure Logic App Azure Service Bus Azure App Services Azure Storage Azure API Gateway Service Bus Microservices Event Hub Azure Functions Azure SQL Azure Cosmos DB Azure Monitor etc.

Microsoft SQL Server SQL Server Replication Concepts

Experience in C# .NET Core RESTful API LDAP SSO SMAL Microsoft Graph API

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of technical professionals involved in the migration process.

Assign tasks set expectations and ensure that team members are aligned with the overall migration strategy.

Possess indepth technical knowledge of both the existing and target systems/platforms.

Evaluate the compatibility and feasibility of migrating data applications and infrastructure components.

Provide guidance on technical challenges and propose solutions

Collaborate with project managers business analysts and other stakeholders to align migration goals with overall business objectives

Identify potential risks associated with the migration and develop mitigation plans.

Monitor the progress of the migration proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.

Provide updates on migration progress address concerns and manage expectations.

Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and applications throughout the migration process.

Conduct testing and validation to verify that the migrated systems meet performance and functionality requirements.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of the migration process including configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Ensure that documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders for reference and future maintenance.

Gather feedback from stakeholders and team members to identify areas for improvement in the migration process.

Ensure that the migration adheres to relevant compliance standards and security protocols.

Collaborate with security teams to address any vulnerabilities and ensure a secure transition.
