- Identify training needs organize programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records manage HR documentation and prepare HR reports.
Compliance and Legal
- Ensure adherence to labor laws company policies and assist with internal audits.
Organizational Development
- Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Office Administration
- Oversee office operations maintenance and supply management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources (HR) Political Science Public Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in various HR functions (recruitment employee relations organization development performance management etc.).
- Proficiency in English strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Be able to work 5 days at the office Pathumwan Bangkok Thailand
