Intermediate Accountant Night Shift

• Candidate with US and nightshift experience is preferred.

Position Summary:

A leading solar energy company is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the finance department responsible for managing accounts payable billings collections cashflow reports etc. They will also execute monthly and yearly accounting close procedures prepare financial statements ensure financial transaction quality control and assist in transitioning accounting records from Quickbooks to Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable billings & collections
• Prepare cashflow reports projecting daily cash management needs
• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (Journal entries reconciliations reports) for monthend and yearend close of income statement and balance sheet account reconciliations & G/L analysis
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Assist with the transition of accounting records over from Quickbooks to Netsuite. This will involve scrubbing the data to ensure clean records are being transitioned

Requirements Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite and Quickbooks Required
• Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Handson experience with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks Netsuite)
• Organization skills
• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
• BSc/Ba in Accounting Finance or relevant field
