Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: BeIN Sports is seeking a reliable and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone calls and emails. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Provide customers with product information, promotions, and updates - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication ss, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ytical ss - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be hardworking, energetic, and willing to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - Basic computer ss and proficiency in MS Office suite - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of another language is a plus Benefits: - Training and professional development opportunities - Travel and spending expenses reimbursement - Retirement plan options Working Environment: At BeIN Sports, we thrive in a culture that embraces change and responds resiliently to challenges.
