We are looking for a Financial Analyst to work remotely for an important project.
Location: remote
Functions
Update and Report ITR Programme covering both Change the Bank and Run the Bank cost and Resources including actual v budget variances of
individual project performance/P&Ls and understand key cost drivers of activity by each workstream.
Aligning multiple procurement activities against monthly accruals/PL charge and update Planview forecast across all 3rd party spend by each Driver across
ITR Programme portfolio.
Review the Programme Resources Tracker & updates from initiatives leads and update resource forecasting in Planview across each initiative for both
RTB and CTB.
Monitor Funding availability raising funding requests & coordinate of activities with EPMO team and various finance teams.
Ensure ITR Programmes monthly forecasts are aligned by key deadlines against allocated Budget and understand any variances for such deviation when
updating Planview system.
Develop and maintain relationships with initiatives leads PMO team and Finance.
Understanding transparency of all cost challenges risks to budget and cost opportunities.
Delivering analysis and insight into financial reporting and results driving stakeholder understanding of how to measure the success of key projects and
initiatives.
Requirements
Experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships with wider stakeholders
Attention detail.
Proven ability to problem solves interpret and evaluate data into meaningful information
Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have skills
CIMA ACCA (or equivalent) qualified or significant experience in working in a finance/cost function.
Ideally Planview system knowledge organising & planning skills.
