To maintain steady growth, and expansion, in the year 1996 established a new company in Jordan under the name of "Zuhair Issa Murad & Sons Co." specialized in the same group field.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at Zuhair Issa Murad & Son's Co. located in Amman, Jordan. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers. They will analyze customer issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a new experienced employee (Home appliances technical support)

Responsibilities:

Full experience in Home appliances technical support (Refrigerators, Freezers, Coolers, Washing Machine, Dishwasher...).

Experience in SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) technical support like (Fans, Air-fryers, Microwaves, Vacuum Cleaners...).

Ready to create reports and report them directly to the COO.

Manage spare parts and repair them.

Able to Use technical manuals and understand them.
