Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at Zuhair Issa Murad & Son's Co. located in Amman, Jordan. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleing to customers. They will yze customer issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a new experienced employee (Home appliances technical support)

Responsibilities:

Full experience in Home appliances technical support (Refrigerators, Freezers, Coolers, Washing Machine, Dishwasher...).

Experience in SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) technical support like (Fans, Air-fryers, Microwaves, Vacuum Cleaners...).

Ready to create reports and report them directly to the COO.

Manage spare parts and repair them.

Able to Use technical manuals and understand them.
