Our client a charming restaurant nestled in a verdant garden specializing in familyfriendly dining experiences for breakfast lunch and dinner is actively seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
Responsibilities:
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Operate the POS system.
Provide excellent customer service.
Reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Assist with answering customer inquiries.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Transaction accuracy (target: 99% accuracy in transactions).
Customer satisfaction (target: 90% positive feedback).
Speed of service (average transaction time: under 2 minutes).
Cash register balance (target: minimal discrepancies in daily reconciliations).
