Job Description

Develop Content Strategy:


Implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our goal of being the trusted provider of eye care.

Identify trends in eye care and fashion competitor strategies and industry best practices by conducting market research.

Align content with channels delivering the right brand message at the right time and place at the right place resonating with the target audience through crossfunctional collaboratio


Content Management and Creation:

Manage high quality and informative content for social media video marketing blogs email campaigns and other various platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers to develop multimedia content that empower and educates audience.

Ensure consistency and timely delivery of relevant and impactful content by maintaining content calendar across key brands.

Manage grassroots brand collateral library (videos photos brand stories usergenerated content).

Provide firsthand content snippets as required to support branding/marketing activities.



Boosting Brand Presence:

Identify relevant topics and optimize content for search engines by conducting keyword research positioning the company as goto resource for eye care information.

Enhance brand visibility and engagement by implementing SEO best practices

Maintain consistency output across various channels with the right contentchannel fit with solid positioning that set the company apart from the competitors.


Campaign Development:

Develop integrated marketing brand or sales campaigns to strengthen position as the nation s preferred eye care provider.

Analyse and maintain success campaign and make iterative based on data driven insights.


Data Analyse and Reporting:

Measure the performance of all content marketing efforts across various channel by utilizing analytic tools.

Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimise strategies by generate monthly growth reports


Brand Alignment:

Ensure consistency and clarity of brand throughout all content according to brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive voice reflecting every brand s core values.


Brand Engagement:

Encourage community engagement by managing loyalty and developing strong relationship with clients.

Led crossbrand collaborations to increase awareness and advocacy for our brand establishing it as the leader in eye care.

Promoting a positive brand image for eye care through valuable and solutionoriented content.



Requirements

  • A Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Communications or any related field.
  • Working experience as a Content Marketing Strategist or similar role in the industry of optical or healthcare would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and execute strategic and tactical objectives without supervision.
  • Extensive knowledge of content analytical tools and management system.
  • Depth understanding of content strategy best practices in the Malaysian retail sector.
  • Proficiency in brand building and fashion is a bonus.
  • Strong both communication and written in Malay English and Mandarin.
  • At least 3 years of expertise in content marketing and branding preferably in optical healthcare or retail industries.
  • Demonstrates creativity and generates unique ideas for eye care content.
  • Excellent project analytical management and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining good quality.
