Our client a charming restaurant nestled in a verdant garden specializing in familyfriendly dining experiences for breakfast lunch and dinner is actively seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead their kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence strong leadership skills and a creative approach to menu development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure quality standards.
Develop and update menus and recipes.
Manage kitchen staff and provide training.
Handle inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the F&B Manager on menu planning and special events.
Requirements
Requirements:
4 years proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
Degree/diploma in culinary arts
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Food quality and presentation (target: 95% positive feedback).
Cost control (target: keep food and labor costs within budget).
Staff performance and training (target: high retention and positive feedback).
Menu innovation (introduce new dishes quarterly).
