Job Description
Our client a charming restaurant nestled in a verdant garden specializing in familyfriendly dining experiences for breakfast lunch and dinner is actively seeking for skilled Chefs to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cooking creativity in the kitchen and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is served in a timely manner and meets presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Develop new menu items and update existing ones.
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting.
Diploma/Certificate in culinary arts
Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Food quality and presentation (target: 90% positive feedback).
Food cost control (target: keep food costs within budget).
Speed of service (average prep time per dish: under 10 minutes).
Staff training and retention (target: high retention rate and positive feedback).
