Our client a charming restaurant nestled in a verdant garden specializing in familyfriendly dining experiences for breakfast lunch and dinner is actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve highquality coffee espresso and other beverages.
Educate customers about different coffee drinks and menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
Operate coffee machines grinders and other equipment.
Handle customer orders and process transactions efficiently.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 2 years proven experience as a Barista or similar role.
Diploma/certificate in hospitality or other related field
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Customer satisfaction (target: 90% positive feedback).
Beverage quality (target: consistent and highquality drinks).
Speed of service (average service time: under 5 minutes).
Inventory management (target: minimal waste and accurate stock levels).
