Source Candidates that are suitable for Home Health Care (Nurses and Health Care Assistants)
Source candidates from job websites networking social media and other channels and shortlist suitable applicants
Create innovative strategies to attract clinical personnel to the company
Develop new recruiting channels and recruitment marketing strategies
Maintain systems/database of all candidates and employees with up to date and accurate information
Manage lifecycle of recruitment form sourcing candidates to onboarding and induction of employees
Take candidates through interview/hiring process
Minimum Qualifications:
1 years of Recruitment experience
Bachelor s Degree Required Human Resources degree a plus
Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated record of time management and goal achievement
Demonstrated record of acute attention to detail
Competence in technical skills including but not limited to Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
Experience with using ATS CRM and HCM systems desired
