Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Plan and supervise employee schedules to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the team and upper management promptly addressing electronic correspondences.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a dynamic team promoting a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks related to employee scheduling and other managerial duties.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: Competitive annual salary of 38k euros.
- Annual Bonus: Additional 8000 euros based on exceptional performance.
- Salary Increment: Annual salary increments in recognition of dedication.
Requirements:
- Experience: Several years in a similar retail or forecourt management role.
