Store Manager - Forecourt

Perform Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at a prominent forecourt in the lively area of Portlaoise. This role requires a proactive leader to manage daily forecourt activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Plan and supervise employee schedules to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with the team and upper management promptly addressing electronic correspondences.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a dynamic team promoting a positive work environment and exceptional customer service.
• Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks related to employee scheduling and other managerial duties.

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: Competitive annual salary of 38k euros.
• Annual Bonus: Additional 8000 euros based on exceptional performance.
• Salary Increment: Annual salary increments in recognition of dedication.

Requirements:

• Experience: Several years in a similar retail or forecourt management role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Ability: Proficient in multitasking and managing various responsibilities effectively.
