In this role you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Position Overview:
As a crucial part of the stores management team you will be responsible for exceeding the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the deli department. Your role includes motivating and leading a team of deli assistants to ensure each customer has an outstanding shopping experience.

Expected Hours: 40 42 per week starting at 6 7 AM 5 days over 7 including Saturdays
Salary: 17.00 euro per hour with bonus incentives for achieving KPI targets
