Position Overview:

As a crucial part of the stores management team you will be responsible for exceeding the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the deli department. Your role includes motivating and leading a team of deli assistants to ensure each customer has an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and elevate customer service to meet departmental KPIs
• Lead motivate and empower the deli team
• Maintain high standards in the deli department
• Conduct regular stock assessments to identify and address potential profit loss issues
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience managing a deli in a hightraffic store
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective decisionmaking abilities
• Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales margin and waste reduction targets
• Genuine passion for food and ability to inspire customers
• Proficiency in merchandising and presenting the deli to the highest standards
• Effective control of stock rotation to ensure product quality and freshness
• Management of waste and shrinkage within the department
• Keeping updated on new products and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in the deli department

Location: Cobh in person

Job Type: FullTime Permanent

Expected Hours: 40 42 per week starting at 6 7 AM 5 days over 7 including Saturdays

Salary: 17.00 euro per hour with bonus incentives for achieving KPI targets
