Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:
As a Multimedia Designer you will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and producing a wide range of multimedia content to support various digital platforms and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to create visually compelling and engaging multimedia assets that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.

Job Description:
Create visuallycompelling designs for print web social media and ads on platforms like Facebook Google and LinkedIn.

Produce highquality videos animations and motion graphics.

Manage the companys WordPress website ensuring regular updates and an intuitive user experience with a focus on UI/UX for conversions.

Design persuasive ad campaigns for various platforms considering marketing communication and advertising theory to maximize conversions.

Design email templates for marketing campaigns optimizing them for conversions.

Conduct research and gather relevant assets for multimedia design projects.

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to align designs with the brands visual identity and marketing objectives.

Coordinate with external suppliers for printing and production of marketing materials.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques especially in marketing communication and advertising. Maintain organized files and document design changes

Requirements

Bachelors degree in graphic design multimedia design marketing or a related field.
Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Canva and relevant design software.
Experience in video editing animation and motion graphics.

Familiarity with WordPress and web design principles emphasizing UI/UX for conversions.
Strong understanding of marketing communication advertising theory and digital advertising best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proactive attitude towards learning and applying new design techniques
