Loan officers will embedded in the communities they work so candidates located in the following areas will be prioritized: Yaba Ikeja Airport Road Oshodi Mile 12/Ketu Ikorodu Sango Ile Epo Ikotun Ipaja Ajah Alaba and Okoafo/Agbara.
As a key player in our team youll focus on growing our customer base and increasing our market presence. Heres what youll do:
Speak and present our lending and savings products to retail businesses making compelling proposals and close deals.
Source for new clients via direct promotion and assist prospective clients with loan applications.
Collaborate with team to learn and develop sales approaches and execute a sales strategy
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND in any discipline. Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
You can learn from others to develop grow and succeed in the role.
You can hustle and like being apart of a winning team.
You are selfmotivated and willing to do the work to be successful.
You have a strong personality can talk to customers and attend events.
Benefits
NGN80000 is the base pay. Performance incentives from base up to NGN250000 monthly net based on performance incentives.
