Talent Acquisition Specialist

NOK Human Capital is hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist for Bless the wellknown personal care product manufacturing company.

Location: Sheraton.

Job Responsibilities:

Screen resumes conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.

Communicate promptly and professionally with all applicants.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of job postings and adjust strategies as needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with universities recruitment agencies and professional organizations.

Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have the resources and information they need.

Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.

Job Requirements:

23 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Excellent English level.
