Atlassian Application Support Engineer
Job Description:
Required:
- Up to date certified Jira Administrator
- Up to date certified Confluence Administrator
- Supporting of a large scale Atlassian applications production environments.
- Administration of Atlassian applications for Data Center and Cloud/SaaS.
- Translating business needs into Jira/Confluence configuration.
- Excellent communication skills spoken and written English.
- Proven handson experience in the support and maintenance of Atlassian applications.
- Experience in administrating Jira Service Management and Software development type of projects
- Experience in administrating Confluence application
Desirable:
- Experience in operating cloudbased infrastructure will be an advantage.
- Experience with authentication integrations such as Azure ADSSO
- Experience in discussions with Atlassian Support
- Experience with AWS services and/or AWS certification
- Experience with customized user macro
- ITSM implementation using JIRA and its eco system.
