Senior Genesys Developer
Location: Remote/ Seattle WA.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Genesys Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Genesys Developer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining Genesys solutions that enhance our customer experience. Your expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and Google Dialogflow CX will be instrumental in creating seamless AIpowered conversational experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Genesys solutions.
Design and implement Genesys contact center applications including routing strategies IVR and chatbots.
Develop and maintain integrations with thirdparty systems ensuring smooth data flow and optimal customer interactions.
Leverage Google Dialogflow CX to create intelligent virtual assistants and chatbots.
Customize and configure Genesys Cloud CX platform to align with business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys applications and integrations.
Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices standards and emerging technologies in contact center solutions.
Clientfacing role ; ability to recommend suggestions along with Level of Effort for suggestions.
Technical documentation skills (e.g. unit test plans/results low level design as needed)
Ability to provide readouts of percentage complete blockers to Sr. PM and Customer
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of handson experience with Genesys solutions including Genesys Cloud CX.
Proficiency particularly with Google Dialogflow CX
Strong understanding of natural language understanding (NLU) and conversational AI.
Experience with cloudbased contact center solutions and voice/chat channels.
Familiarity with OAuth authentication service accounts and API administration.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
Genesys certifications (e.g. Genesys Architect Cert & Genesys Developer Cert at a minimum).
Experience using JSON and SQL Programming
Knowledge of machine learning and speech recognition technologies.
Not required but nice to have previous experience in the city state or federal government space.
Familiarity with Genesys Architect for creating call digital and message flows.
**Bonus Points Integration experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
Familiar with an Agile approach (including Azure Dev Ops; Jira)
