Job Description

Title: Quantitative UX Research

Location: Remote

Were seeking candidates with the following qualifications to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute quantitative research studies including surveys experiments and behavioral data analysis.
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover patterns trends and user insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UX designers product managers and engineers to integrate research findings into product development.
  • Identify and define key metrics to evaluate user experience and product performance.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to validate research findings and ensure data integrity.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quantitative UX research and data analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of research strategies and methodologies to enhance the overall UX research practice.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in quantitative research methods and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and tools (e.g. SPSS R Python SQL).
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles and usercentered design practices.
  • Experience with survey design and analysis including tools like Qualtrics SurveyMonkey or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative crossfunctional environment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree in psychology humancomputer interaction statistics or a related field.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of qualitative research methods and the ability to integrate qualitative insights with quantitative data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  • Familiarity with UX research tools and platforms (e.g. UserTesting Lookback).
