Education Preferred:

Preferred BS/BA degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Work Experience:

3 to 5 years experience in technical support and troubleshooting of multiple enterprise wide systems

3 to 5 years Intersystems Ensemble development experience

Preferred 7 years Intersystems M/Cache Object Script CSP SQL development experience

Preferred 7 years healthcare development experience Laboratory Billing or Financial

Experience with ticketing systems such as HP Service Manager preferred

Other:

Application experience with MS Windows MS Office MS Excel MS Outlook

Excellent proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting production issues

Excellent program debugging and proficiency in troubleshooting production issues

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal

Excellent organizational time management customer service prioritization and multitasking skills

Excellent knowledge of and proficiency in the Agile methodology

Preferred Knowledge of Laboratory Orders to Cash process flow

Possible weekend/holiday support oncall as required for green zone installations

Shift Hours Slight change in shift hours may be required to provide adequate overlap of support coverage across multiple time zones
