AWS Solution Architect / OS Admin
Roles & Responsibilities: Serving as the elevated L3/L4 escalation contact for critical production issues.
Adhering to change management protocols while executing service requests. Actively pursuing avenues to optimize standard operating procedures by leveraging automation techniques.
Implement automation solutions to streamline platform operations enhancing efficiency and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our cloud services for SAP Applications focusing on scalability security and performance.
Work closely with a diverse multinational team to ensure the delivery of worldclass cloud services tailored specifically for SAP Applications to our global enterprise clientele.
Participate in designing and implementing strategies to optimize the customer experience and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Proficiency in networking encompassing TCP/IP IP routing NAT and firewalls. Demonstrated expertise in managing network services such as DNS LDAP and HTTP proxies. Strong comprehension of IT security practices particularly in OS hardening techniques. Any Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification is must.
Must be hands on AWS services EC2 Backup Lambda CloudWatch Config CloudTrail IAM KMS CloudFormation etc.
Understanding of supporting SAP systems support on AWS including cluster management Database (HANA Oracle) HA management etc. Implement security policies and controls (e.g. CIS malware antivirus secret management) using aws services Must have knowledge to automate aws service deployment using CloudFormation / Terraform Strong ability to document standards methods and produce drawings of systems and applications. Strong Scripting skills with any scripting languages (Python (Lambda) Bash Shell) Strong skills on AWS Cli and solid understanding on JSON / Yaml Deploying and use of configuration management tools (Chef Ansible etc.) Administration of Lin
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
