Job Description

Olinio is on the hunt for a dynamic Retention AccountManager for our client a leading Forex company in RamatGan Israel. What Youll Do:

As a Retention Account Manager you will be essential in nurturing client relationships driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction in the dynamic Forex trading environment.

Key Duties/ Requirements:

  • Develop and manage ongoing private client relationships.
  • Developing and generating trading clients from new leads.
  • Providing professional guidance and best level of service to existing and new clients.
  • Provide excellent and proactive client service including solutions according to the customer needs and with any platform/financial trading related queries at all times.
  • Explaining the payment process mechanism.
  • Updating clients with ongoing updates on the market.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction professional communication.
  • Assisting clients with deposits/withdrawals.
  • Following all companys policies and procedures and ensuring that the relevant compliance obligations are in line with the relevant authority requirements.

    Key Skills/Experience:

    To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

    • 612 months of experience in sales or client relations preferably in the financial sector.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Professional interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation and closing deals.
    • High ambition passion and motivation with a proven track record in sales.
    • Confidence selfmotivation and a relentless pursuit of success.
    • Computer proficiency.
    • A valid work permit is essential.

    Remuneration Package:
