Job Description
- Monitor all business activities and processes to ensure compliance with external and internal laws, rules, and regulations
- Analyse such law rules and regulations and disseminate to employees, executives, and board of directors
- Develop, execute corporate compliance standard or policy
- Analyse all business activities and processes in legal matters
- Promote such policies and standards to ensure that employees, executives, and board members work align with corporate compliance policy
- Provide advice and resources to Board members, executives, and employees to facilitate them to comply with internal and external laws
