Event Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face of Muse Events! Engage with clients to understand their visions, preferences, and needs
• Moodboard & Concept Development: Unleash your creativity by developing stunning moodboards and concepts that align with our clients’ dreams.
• Supplier Coordination: Work closely with florists, caterers, venues, and other suppliers to ensure everything is perfectly aligned and delivered on time.
• On-the-Day Coordination: Be the orchestrator of perfection! Oversee the event setup, manage timelines, and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and team
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, especially during peak event seasons.
• Enthusiasm: A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• (Autocad skills is a plus!)
