Job Description

Join Clarifi Staffing Solutions as a School Occupational Therapist and make a significant impact on students lives by helping them develop the skills necessary for daily living and academic success. We are looking for dedicated professionals to work in various school districts across Georgia.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessments:

    • Conduct evaluations of students fine motor skills sensory processing visualmotor integration and daily living activities.
  • Treatment Plans:

    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Therapy Services:

    • Provide direct occupational therapy services including therapeutic activities sensory integration techniques and assistive technology training.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with teachers special education staff and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students educational programs.
  • Progress Monitoring:

    • Track and document students progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Education and Support:

    • Educate students families and school staff on strategies to promote independence and functional skills.
  • Team Participation:

    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings including IEP meetings.


Requirements


  • Education:

    • Master s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensure:

    • Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience:

    • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
